DAY 1
FRIDAY
3:30 P.M. - MEET AT RCC
4:00 P.M. - LEAVE RCC
5:00 P.M. -GET DINNER
6:30 P.M. -ARRIVE AT LOST VALLEY CABINS IN  PONCA, AR
8:00 P.M. -SNACKS AND MAIN SESSION
9:00 P.M. - Group Time
10:00 P.M. - Late Night Fun around the campfire

DAY 2
SATURDAY
8:00 A.M. - Wake Up/Pack up/Eat Breakfast
9:00 A.M. - Main Session at the Cabins
9:30 A.M. - Devo Time
10:00 A.M. -Hike the Lost Valley Trail on the Buffalo National River
12:00 PM - SACK LUNCH
2:00 P.M. - ARRIVE BACK AT THE CABINS
2:30 PM - MAIN SESSION 3
4:00 P.M. - LEAVE PONCA
5:30 P.M. - ARRIVE HOME AT RCC

Packing List:
- A good attitude
- A Change of Clothing
- A swimsuit
- Bible, Notebook, pen
- Toiletries
- Active Wear (Clothes you can have fun in)
- Active Footwear (Shoes you can run in, dance in, or ride a bull with)
- Camera if desired
- A SLEEPING BAG OR OTHER BEDDING
- A PILLOW
- A TOWEL

What not to Bring:
- Bad Attitude
-Inappropriate Content (videos, magazines, etc...) past the rating of PG or the like
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal items
- Drugs or Alcohol
