Zach, a graduate of Dallas Christian College, was called as our Lead Pastor in September 2012. Zach married his beautiful wife, Alecia, in 1997; they have three wonderful children: Dalton, Lainey, and Anabelle. Zach LOVES to fish, and does it whenever he can squeeze a few hours out of the week! Zach’s desire is for Rogers Christian Church to be known as a church of Disciples Creating Disciples.

At the age of 19, while attending Palm Beach Atlantic University, Keith surrendered his life to the creator of all things, and the one who saved his life, Jesus! It was only a short time after that surrender that Keith felt a call to vocational ministry in worship. He’s been leading worship in some capacity for 22 years. He joins us from south Florida along with his wife Courtney, and their to boys Christian and Michael. They are excited to serve at RCC, and be a part of what He is already doing here.

Keith’s favorite verse is 'Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, ‘.                     Colossians 3:23

At the age of 15, Arturo embarked on a spiritual journey, dedicating himself to Jesus. By 17, he delved into theological studies at Colegio Biblico for two years. Demonstrating unwavering devotion, Arturo faithfully served in ministry for 23 years in Houston, Texas, where his father established a church. In 2003, he married Gladys Mejia, with whom he shares five children. Residing in Texas from 1994 until 2023, Arturo made a significant relocation to North West Arkansas on June 14th of that year. Currently, he actively fulfills ministerial responsibilities at Rogers Christian Church.

Isaac King, a graduate of Ozark Christian College, rejoined our team in 2015. Isaac has followed Christ in ministry for over 16 years. He married his beautiful wife, Becky, in 2006. They have 2 awesome boys, Axel and Asher.   Isaac loves God, family, the outdoors, friends, and meeting new people. Most importantly – God has given Isaac a heart for the young students of this world. God does amazing things through teens, and Isaac’s excited to let God work through him in student’s lives. His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:21.

Jamie Fleming started directing the Kids Ministry in 2021.  She has 10 kids with her amazing husband, Andy.  Jamie's passion at RCC is to help kids know how to grow with Christ Jesus and how to share His story.  Jamie loves troubleshooting and designing new ways of doing things outside the box! 

Andrea VanAuken is the Nursery Coordinator at RCC.  She and her husband, Brian,  have 3 kids and love spending time together as a family. She love's using her degree in Children's Ministry to spread Jesus’ love to the tiniest members of the RCC family. She's looking forward to getting to know each of you and your little ones better.  Let her know how she can aid and pray for your family!

Alecia has been the office manager at RCC since 2020.  She and her husband, Zach, have three children and love living in NWA!  In her spare time, Alecia enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and going on trips with her family.  RCC is like family for Alecia, so she truly does love being able to serve the body on a daily basis.
