Send your student on an engaging, exciting trip the helps them dive deep into their relationship with God. 

Below is some info you need:

MOVE CONFERENCE - JUNE 22nd-28th  
 
for students going into, in high school, or recently graduated. 

$520 per person

4. You must be fully paid up by:  May 28th or have an agreement worked out with Isaac.   You can conveniently pay here: https://www.rogerscc.org/give
Simply select "Youth Fundraising" from the "Funds" and enter the amount you want to pay.  Then send Isaac a screenshot of your payment. isaac@rogerscc.org.
- Or you can give Isaac and check or a labeled envelope of cash on Sunday.  Please include your student's name and "CIY Move" in the memo line.

6:30 am - Arrive at RCC for pack up and prayer
7:00 am - Leave RCC's parking lot
12:00 pm - stop for lunch
4:30 pm - Arrive at church and stop for the night in Amarillo, TX
5:00 pm - Free time (with the option to go to Palo Duro Canyon)
8:00 pm - Dinner
10:00 pm - lights out

JUNE 23
7:30 am - wake up
8:00 am - load up
8:30 am - breakfast
9:30 am - leave for Glorieta, NM
1:30 pm - arrive in Glorieta, NM for Lunch
3:00 pm - check in and get settled in dorms/cabins
5:00 PM- Dinner
6:00 PM - Adult Leader Meeting
6:15 PM - Doors Open
6:30 PM - Student Only Session
7:00 PM - Convos - Small Group Time
7:30 PM - Evening Session
9:15 PM - Youth Group Time

PACKING LIST & MORE

WHAT TO BRING:
  • A ready to respect attitude open to God's presence and leading. 
  • Only 2 bags (one carry on small bag for the van, one bigger bag for in the trailer.)  Please no giant bags.  We'll have it packed to the brim. 
  • Bible
  • Notebook and pen/pencil
  • Clothing for five days, plus travel time
  • Swim wear that is conservative.  This is a bible camp and conference with its own rules outside of Numa Student Rules. 
  • Personal toiletry items, 
  • prescription medication (all medication must be in the original bottles in a zip lock back with your student's name on it)
  • Towel
  • Bedding/sleeping bag to fit a single bed
  • air mattress if necessary (we'll be staying on the floor in a church in Amarillo)
  • Money for travel snacks, the MOVE Store, offering, etc (recommended $25-$100)
  • (optional) Athletic attire for recreation time
  • Good comfortable athletic shoes
  • water bottle

WHAT NOT TO BRING
  • A disrespectful attitude
  • Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, vapes, etc
  • Refrigerators, TV's, fireworks, or air-conditioners
  • Weapons of any kind
