WHAT PARENTS NEED TO KNOW:
  • This event costs $55 per student minimum.  THIS MUST BE PAID BEFORE STUDENT CAN CHECK INTO THE EVENT. 
    • T-Shirt, Food, all major activities, and fun at Lokomotion pass  provided within the cost.
  • Your student may be volunteering manual labor at "Saving Grace Farm" for a service project as part of the weekend. 

Required wear and bring: 
  • A Cellphone is preferred for photos and fun
  • comfortable clothes and shoes
  • Work Clothes and Shoes (we may do a service project that requires us to get a bit messy)
  • $55 cash or check (made out to Rogers Christian Church) if you don't pay online. 
  • Warm coat, gloves, hat for winter weather. 
  • Bed Pad or Air Mattress
  • Bedding and Pillow
  • Toiletries to shower if they choose to. 
  • Towel
  • Bible and Pen

Recommended to bring: 
  • Stuff for Spa Time (nail polish, sheet face mask, Nail Polish, etc... if they want)
  • Snacks (and maybe some to share)

DO NOT PACK: 
  • obvious weapons of any kind (knives, guns, nunchucks, etc...)
  • any illegal substances (drugs, alcohol)
  • a disrespectful or bad attitude

SCHEDULE: 

DAY 1
FRIDAY

5:00 pm - Meet at RCC and drop stuff off
5:30 pm - leave for Lokomotion fun park (go-carts, mini golf, arcade) Pizza Dinner provided here.
8:00 pm - arrive back at Church for Main Session 1
9:00 pm - spa and friend time with movie
11:00 pm - Lights out


DAY 2
SATURDAY

8:00 AM - wake up and breakfast at Church
8:30 AM - Main Session 2 with Worship
9:30 AM - Head out to Saving Grace Farm
10:00 AM - Volunteer at Saving Grace Farm
12:30 PM -Lunch at Chick-fil-a
2:00 PM - Main Session 3 at RCC Campus
3:00 PM - Encouragement Note Time and Creative Challenge
4:00 PM - Final Words.
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM - Clean up
